Big Beef Burgers Stuffed With Provolone And Mushrooms
- 10 ounces ground beef chuck
- 8 fat
- 1 1/2 tablespoons ranch dressing mix Uncle Dan's Original Southern
- 2 slices provolone cheese
- 2 mushroom large, sliced
- whole wheat hamburger buns 2 large
- 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 2 slices tomato
- 1 cup lettuce
- Preheat grill to medium.
- Combine beef and Uncle Dan's dressing mix.
- Split beef in quarters and press into 1/4" rounds.
- Layer provolone cheese and 1 mushroom on one beef round. Top with another beef round and press the edges together, taking care to seal well so that the cheese doesn't ooze through while cooking.
- Cook burgers on the grill 4 - 5 minutes per side until no longer pink inside. Don't overcook or your burger will be tough.
- Top burger with mayonnaise, tomato and lettuce.
