Asian Burger

  1. Combine the patty ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix well. Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions; lightly shape each portion into a patty, 3/4- to 1-inch thick. For pita bread, make 8 smaller patties.
  2. Heat a wide frying pan over medium-high heat until hot. Brush with the oil. Add the patties and cook to your liking, 3 to 4 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
  3. Serve in buns or pita bread halves with your favorite condiments.
