Decadent Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites
- 6 tablespoons heavy cream divided
- 1 7/8 ounces mini fillo shells
- 2 ounces semi sweet chocolate or milk chocolate, chopped
- 3 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/3 cup Jif Whips Whipped Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon chopped peanuts finely, or chocolate decorator sprinkles
- MICROWAVE 2 tablespoons heavy cream in 1-cup glass measuring cup until just boiling, about 30 seconds. Add chopped chocolate. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir until smooth. Pour evenly into mini fillo shells. Cool completely.
- BEAT remaining 1/4 cup heavy cream in small deep bowl with electric mixer on high speed until stiff.
- BEAT cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, honey and vanilla in separate medium bowl with same beaters until smooth. Fold in whipped cream until smooth.
- PIPE peanut butter mousse into fillo shells using a pastry bag fitted with a large star tip. Sprinkle with peanuts, if desired. Serve chilled. Best served same day.
