Decadent Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites

  1. MICROWAVE 2 tablespoons heavy cream in 1-cup glass measuring cup until just boiling, about 30 seconds. Add chopped chocolate. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir until smooth. Pour evenly into mini fillo shells. Cool completely.
  2. BEAT remaining 1/4 cup heavy cream in small deep bowl with electric mixer on high speed until stiff.
  3. BEAT cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, honey and vanilla in separate medium bowl with same beaters until smooth. Fold in whipped cream until smooth.
  4. PIPE peanut butter mousse into fillo shells using a pastry bag fitted with a large star tip. Sprinkle with peanuts, if desired. Serve chilled. Best served same day.
