Thai Meat Salad
- 12 ounces cooked steak or turkey
- 8 cups mixed salad greens
- 1/4 cucumber cut in matchsticks
- 1 1/2 cups sweet onion thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 3/4 teaspoon hot chili fresh minced
- 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons peanut oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated or minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
- 12 cilantro sprigs fresh
- Roast meat.
- Combine soy, juice, vinegar, chili, garlic, oils and ginger.
- Thinly slice meat into bite size pieces.
- Dress with 1/2 salad dressing.
- Dress greens with remaining dressing.
- Arrange greens on plates and divide meat among plates.
- Garnish with black sesame seeds and cilantro.
