Thai Meat Salad

  1. Roast meat.
  2. Combine soy, juice, vinegar, chili, garlic, oils and ginger.
  3. Thinly slice meat into bite size pieces.
  4. Dress with 1/2 salad dressing.
  5. Dress greens with remaining dressing.
  6. Arrange greens on plates and divide meat among plates.
  7. Garnish with black sesame seeds and cilantro.
  8. Available in oriental markets.
