Eastern-Style Beef Skewers

  1. In a large bowl, mix the minced meat with all the ingredients and knead well to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
  2. Take a little bit of meat in your hands and form a ball. Place all the rolls on a plate, pierce each roll with a skewer (if you use wooden skewers, moisten them with water tab so they do not burn during cooking).
  3. Arrange the skewers on a hot grill. Cook them according to your taste, rare or medium rare, gently turning them halfway through cooking.
