Tofu And Cannellini Bean Patties

  1. Place beans, tofu, breadcrumbs, self-rising flour, green onions, Parmesan cheese, egg, sweet chili sauce, herbs and lemon juice in a food processor and process until combined. Season to taste. Refrigerate for 30 mins, until firm enough to handle.
  2. Using 1/4-cup measure, shape mixture into 8 patties. Dust patties in flour, shaking off excess.
  3. Heat a little oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Fry patties for 1-2 mins each side, until golden. Drain on paper towels. Serve with salad and sweet chili sauce.
