Pork Roast With Bone!!!

  1. Combine all of the ingredients for the rub. Add enough olive oil to form a paste out of the rub and rub the pork down with this paste.
  2. Combine all of the ingredients for the stuffing. Lift the seam under the skin and fill it with the stuffing, pushing it all the way down so that each slice will have stuffing.
  3. Bake roast for 20 minutes per pound. Do Not!! Over cook and dry out the pork!!
