Cherry Tomato, Mozzarella, And Basil Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 350 u0b0 F (Th6).
  2. Clean the cherry tomatoes and cook them for a few seconds in boiling water, then peel them.
  3. Cut them in half and fry them in a frying pan with a tablespoon of olive oil.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Let cool.
  6. Cut the mozzarella, chop the basil and mix with the tomatoes carefully.
  7. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, then add the flour and yeast.
  8. Gradually add warm milk and olive oil.
  9. Add grated gruyere, stir well and mix with the tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
  10. Season with salt and pepper.
  11. Put in a cake pan or muffin tin.
  12. Bake for 45 minutes.
