Chipotle Cinnamon Baby Back Ribs
- 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon chili powder McCormick GourmetTM Organic
- 2 teaspoons chile pepper McCormick GourmetTM, Chipotle
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon McCormick GourmetTM Organic, Saigon, Ground
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder McCormick GourmetTM, California
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt McCormick GourmetTM Sicilian
- 3 pounds pork baby back ribs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- Preheat oven to 375u0b0F. Mix brown sugar, chili powder, chipotle chile pepper, cinnamon, garlic powder and sea salt in small bowl. Rub spice mixture evenly on ribs
- Place ribs in single layer on foil-lined roasting pan. Pour water into pan. Cover with foil
- Bake 1 hour or until meat starts to pull away from bones. Brush ribs with maple syrup
- Broil or grill over medium heat 3 to 5 minutes per side or until ribs are evenly browned
