East Meets West Comfort Stew
- 4 cups water
- 8 baby potatoes quartered
- 3 carrots peeled, diced
- 2 tablespoons dehydrated onion flakes
- 1 cup cubed ham cooked
- 1 cup green beans chopped
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1/2 cup cream half & half, heavier if you prefer
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper start with a pinch, add to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes start with a pinch, add to taste
- 1 tablespoon ginger finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon chicken stock Better Than Boullion
- lime juice Optional: splash of
- Boil water..
- Add quartered baby potatoes, diced carrots and dehydrated onion (or substitute equivalent amount of real onions, if desired)..
- Medium boil for 10 minutes.
- Add ham, green beans, chicken stock mix, cream, coconut flour, pepper, red pepper flakes (optional lime juice) and ginger.
- Reduce heat, simmer for 10 minutes and serve.
