Spanish Style Chicken And Sausage

  1. Heat oil in large skillet; add sausage and brown well, about 5 minutes.
  2. Drain fat.
  3. Add chicken, onion and green pepper and cook 5 minutes longer.
  4. Meanwhile, dissolve bouillon cubes in water; stir in salt, thyme and garlic powder.
  5. Pour into skillet.
  6. Add peas and bring to a boil.
  7. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
  8. Stir in rice and tomatoes.
  9. Cover; remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes.
  10. Makes 6 servings.
