Quinoa Porridge With Strawberries, Mango And Grape For Breakfast.
- 1 cup quinoa
- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 mango ripe
- 1 handful green grape
- 1 handful strawberries
- 1 pinch salt
- olive oil
- maple syrup
- Soak quinoa overnight, or at least 1 hour before you cook it.
- Discard the soaking water. Mix the 2.5 cups of water and quinoa in a saucepan.
- Place it over high heat and bring it to a boil, then lower the heat and cover, cook approximately 15 minutes until water is absorb and quinoa is ready.
- Chop the fruits, place them into a bowl, add quinoa, pinch of salt, season with virgin olive oil and maple syrup. Stir everything and serve warm.
- *soak quinoa to remove unnecessary bitterness, which can spoil all the deliciousness in this recipe.
