Rolled Steak
- 1/2 teaspoon butter
- 2 pounds chuck or tenderized round steak
- 1 envelope onion soup
- 1 can mushrooms sliced or chopped
- 1/2 green pepper chopped
- 1 pound tomatoes drained and chopped, reserve juice
- 1/2 cup tomato juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon A1 steak sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- Spread Reynolds Wrap with butter.
- Cut steak into serving portions.
- Arrange on foil and sprinkle with onion soup, mushrooms, green pepper, tomatoes, seasoning.
- Mix juice, sauce, and cornstarch.
- Pour over meat and vegetables.
- Roll portions and hold with toothpicks.
- Bake for 2 hours at 365 degrees.
- Take out of oven and sprinkle with parsley.
