The Best Crab Dip Ever!!
- 1 1/2 pinches salt
- 1 pinch black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 2 cans Roland Crab Meat
- 1 stick PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
- 4 pimento peppers mayo
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup chives scallions and 1 tbsp
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- Chop garlic, chive, parsley and pimento peppers.
- Saute chopped seasonings in olive oil for about 2 minutes on medium heat
- Add two cans of crab to the saute (do not drain the crab) then add the stick of cream cheese
- Season mixture with salt pepper and cayenne pepper. Feel free to adjust to your taste
- Depending on what you would like to use your sauce for, simmer for 10 minutes and use as a base Sauce for pasta or rice. Or simmer for 20 minutes for a thicker dip/filling
- Garnish with chive and Enjoy!
