Blueberry Muffins With Cream Cheese Frosting

  1. Preheat oven to 200u0b0C (approximately 400u0b0F).
  2. Mix flour, sugar, and yeast.
  3. Separately, beat egg and mix with milk, oil, and a splash of vanilla extract or orange blossom.
  4. Add the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Crush blueberries lightly and add to the mixture (optional, the cupcakes will be blue).
  6. Fill wells of greased or lined muffin tin and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and let stand 5 minutes in pan.
  8. Then remove from pan and cool on a rack.
  9. To prepare the frosting, beat the butter, cream cheese, and sugar until soft and creamy.
  10. Place the cream in a pastry bag and decorate cooled cupcakes.
