Nigella´S Chocolate Cupcakes

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. In a food processor, add the butter, sugar, flour, baking soda, baking powder, eggs, vanilla, and 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder and blend until smooth.
  3. Add 3 tablespoons of milk and mix until completely blended.
  4. Fill two greased cupcake pans 3/4 full with the batter.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a cooling rack.
  7. In a bowl, beat the cheese with the powdered sugar and remaining milk. Mix well.
  8. Using an icing bag with a star nozzle, decorate the tops of each cupcake.
  9. Finally, sprinkle with cinnamon or cocoa powder.
