Vegetable Lo Mein

  1. Melt Promise(R) Buttery Spread in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook carrots and red pepper, stirring frequently, 4 minutes. Stir in bok choy and cook 2 minutes. Stir in garlic and ginger and cook 1 minute. Sprinkle with soy sauce. Add edamame and noodles and cook, tossing frequently, 1 minute or until heated through. Remove from heat, then stir in lime juice.
