Choconini Sandwich With Xocai Healthy Chocolate
- 1 loaf ciabatta
- 1 pound brie cheese
- 1 dash extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 chocolate "Xocai Healthy, X Power Squares," chopped
- 1 bunch fresh basil chopped
- Slice ciabatta bread into 1/2-inch slices.
- Cut brie into 1/4 inch slices.
- To assemble sandwich, brush the bread lightly with olive oil.
- Place oiled side down onto panini press or George Foreman Grill.
- Top with brie, sprinkle 1 broken-up "X Power Square" over the brie, then sprinkle about a tsp. of chopped basil over the cheese and chocolate.
- Top with the other piece of bread, and brush the top of that with olive oil as well.
- Now press the sandwich on a medium, hot grill or panini press for about 3 to 5 minutes.
- Let cool just slightly and cut.
- Serves 4
