Choconini Sandwich With Xocai Healthy Chocolate

  1. Slice ciabatta bread into 1/2-inch slices.
  2. Cut brie into 1/4 inch slices.
  3. To assemble sandwich, brush the bread lightly with olive oil.
  4. Place oiled side down onto panini press or George Foreman Grill.
  5. Top with brie, sprinkle 1 broken-up "X Power Square" over the brie, then sprinkle about a tsp. of chopped basil over the cheese and chocolate.
  6. Top with the other piece of bread, and brush the top of that with olive oil as well.
  7. Now press the sandwich on a medium, hot grill or panini press for about 3 to 5 minutes.
  8. Let cool just slightly and cut.
  9. Serves 4
