Xocai Healthy Brownies

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Line muffin cups, or grease 8"x8" brownie pan.
  3. Stir together flour, sugar substitute, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in medium bowl.
  4. Stir in yogurt, milk, eggs and vanilla just until combined.
  5. Add in grated "Xocai Nuggets" and "Xocai Nugget" pieces.
  6. Do not beat.
  7. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter or pour all contents into pan.
  8. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
  9. Cool slightly in pan on wire rack.
  10. Serves 12
