Easy Cherry Cheesecake
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/3 cup butter
- 4 packages cream cheese 8 ounces
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 eggs
- cherry pie filling
- Preheat oven 325 degrees
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with sugar and melted butter.
- Press cracker mixture into bottom of a spring form pan.
- In a mixer bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together until lumps are gone.
- Add in eggs, one egg at a time. Beat well between eggs.
- Pour into the spring form pan, over crumbs base.
- Bake 55 minutes or until the center of the cheesecake is set.
- Remove from oven and cool for 15 minutes.
- Run knife around the edge of pan to loosen crust from sides.
- Release the spring form and cool completely.
- Refrigerate cheesecake for 4 hours.
- Before serving spread cherry pie filling over the cheese cake.
