Easy Cherry Cheesecake

  1. Preheat oven 325 degrees
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with sugar and melted butter.
  3. Press cracker mixture into bottom of a spring form pan.
  4. In a mixer bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together until lumps are gone.
  5. Add in eggs, one egg at a time. Beat well between eggs.
  6. Pour into the spring form pan, over crumbs base.
  7. Bake 55 minutes or until the center of the cheesecake is set.
  8. Remove from oven and cool for 15 minutes.
  9. Run knife around the edge of pan to loosen crust from sides.
  10. Release the spring form and cool completely.
  11. Refrigerate cheesecake for 4 hours.
  12. Before serving spread cherry pie filling over the cheese cake.
