Beef-Vegetable Stir-Fry Over Rice

  1. Slice beef across grain into thin strips.
  2. Combine soup mix, cornstarch and water.
  3. In skillet over medium-high heat in 1 tablespoon hot oil, stir-fry half of the beef until browned. Remove; set aside.
  4. Repeat with remaining beef.
  5. Over medium heat in 1 tablespoon hot oil, stir-fry vegetables with garlic powder and ginger until tender-crisp.
  6. Add reserved soup mixture.
  7. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring occasionally.
  8. Serve over Oniony Rice.
  9. Serves 4.
