Motichoor Laddoo
- 1 1/2 cups gram flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1/2 cup raisins and cashews
- 1 teaspoon ghee
- oil As required
- Sieve the gram flour and then prepare a batter by mixing it with water.
- Dissolve one cup of sugar in 1 cup of water and prepare the sugar syrup to a single string consistency.
- Now add the cardamom powder and the food color (orange color) .
- Heat oil in a pan on medium heat, pour the batter over the ladle to form small balls .
- Don't let it turn crispy. Drain it from oil and immediately drop them into the sugar syrup.
- Leave it in the sugar syrup for few minutes and drain it.
- Repeat the same process for the whole batter.
- Now heat little ghee in a pan and fry the raisins followed by the cashews , add it to the boondi.
- Let it cool for few minutes.
