Doughnut Tiramisu

  1. For the cream mixture - in a chilled bowl, add in Mascarpone and sugar. Whip until well combined.
  2. Pour in heavy whipping cream and whip until stiff peak, increase the speed up to six.
  3. Add vanilla extract and carefully mix.
  4. Slice the donuts into 4 pieces, dunk into espresso coffee and place two pieces in a Tiramisu glass, followed by the cocoa powder and cream mixture.
  5. Repeat the layer and top with cream mixture and cocoa powder. Refrigerate for four hours.
