Fried Shrimp Po Boy With Sambal Aioli
- 1 lb shrimp raw
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3 eggs beaten
- 2 cups panko bread crumbs
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- vegetable oil
- 1/3 up mayonnaise

- 4 Hoagie Rolls
- Iceburg lettuce
- tomatoes
- salt and pepper
- Thaw out your shrimp, by running cool water over them (if they are frozen). Peel and de vein shrimp. Pat dry.
- In a medium to large bowl, add shrimp and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Prepare your dredging station. In one bowl combine your flour and paprika, in another bowl your beaten eggs and in the third bowl your panko bread crumbs.
