Warm ChèVre Salad With Crispy Lardons And Honeyed Walnuts

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius, fan forced
  2. Cut baguette into 12-16 silces and put on oven tray
  3. .Generously coat baguette slices in Meredith Dairy plain chevre and drizzle with olive oil
  4. Cut bacon into lardons
  5. Place baguette and goats cheese slices into oven until toasted and brown
  6. Light crush walnuts (optional) and drizzle with honey
  7. Place walnuts in oven
  8. Meanwhile fry up lardon pieces until crispy
  9. Assemble salad ingredients on a plate and top with goats cheese slices, walnuts and french dressing.
