Vegetables With Rice And Tuna Fish Chunks

  1. Heat oil in a deep pan. Fry chopped ginger and garlic. Add chopped veggies and mix all well. Cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes.
  2. After 5 minutes, add soy sauce and red chilli sauce. Mix all nicely. Cover with lid and cook for five more minutes.
  3. Add cooked rice and mix it. Add tuna fish chunks and fish sauce. Mix all nicely.
  4. Be creative and try to mix and cook a recipe with your favourite food things. Like, replacing fish with grilled chicken or barbequed chicken.
