Vegetables With Rice And Tuna Fish Chunks
- One tbsp - chopped ginger and garlic
- One cup - cut vegetables (cauliflower, green peas, carrot, beans, and capsicum)
- 2-3 cups - cooked rice
- Tuna fish chunks - 1 small can of 95g
- One tbsp each - fish sauce + soy sauce + red chili sauce
- Salt to taste, olive oil, and one tsp black pepper powder (optional).
- Heat oil in a deep pan. Fry chopped ginger and garlic. Add chopped veggies and mix all well. Cover with lid and cook for 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, add soy sauce and red chilli sauce. Mix all nicely. Cover with lid and cook for five more minutes.
- Add cooked rice and mix it. Add tuna fish chunks and fish sauce. Mix all nicely.
- Be creative and try to mix and cook a recipe with your favourite food things. Like, replacing fish with grilled chicken or barbequed chicken.
