Black Tie Sundaes

  1. Bring brown sugar, corn syrup, heavy cream and Spread to a boil over high heat in 2-quart saucepan, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low and cook, without stirring, 6 minutes or until thickened; remove from heat. Stir in chocolate chips until melted with wire whisk. Stir in coffee mixture; cool slightly.
  2. To serve, spoon 2 tablespoons sauce into 4 wide-mouthed Champagne or martini glasses. Evenly top with scoops of Breyers(R) All Natural Vanilla and Chocolate Ice Cream. Drizzle with additional sauce, then garnish with whipped cream and cookies.
