Spaghetti Pizza
- 2/3 pound spaghetti
- 3 medium eggs
- 6 3/4 tablespoons semi-skimmed milk
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 beef tomato sliced
- 9/16 pound mini mozzarella balls drained
- 1 ounce parma ham sliced
- 4 mushrooms washed and sliced
- 2 stalks basil leaves plucked off
- 1 tablespoon green olives stuffed with pepper, sliced
- 1 tablespoon black olives small
- Preheat oven to 400u0b0F. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Meanwhile, blend the eggs, milk, parmesan and garlic and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the spaghetti in a greased round baking pan, about 10 inches in diameter. Pour over the milk and egg mixture and top with tomato slices and half of the mozzarella. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and top with prosciutto, mushrooms, basil, olives and remaining mozzarella.
