Chocolate, Almonds, Dried Cranberries, And Honeycomb Terrine
- 9/16 cup almond sticks
- honeycomb
- heavy cream 20 cl.
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 3/8 cups dark chocolate
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- In a hot pan, saute the almonds so they take on a slight coloration.
- Break the honeycomb into medium-sized pieces.
- In a saucepan boil the cream and butter.
- Chop the chocolate with a knife, place in a medium-sized bowl, and pour the hot cream on. Wait 2 minutes before you start to smooth the cream with a spatula to achieve a bright and homogeneous mixture.
- Add the almonds, cranberries, and honeycomb pieces.
- Pour this mixture either in a silicone baking pan or in a pan lined with a plastic wrap.
- Let it harden in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
- Serve it with a little bit of whipped cream.
