Chocolate, Almonds, Dried Cranberries, And Honeycomb Terrine

  1. In a hot pan, saute the almonds so they take on a slight coloration.
  2. Break the honeycomb into medium-sized pieces.
  3. In a saucepan boil the cream and butter.
  4. Chop the chocolate with a knife, place in a medium-sized bowl, and pour the hot cream on. Wait 2 minutes before you start to smooth the cream with a spatula to achieve a bright and homogeneous mixture.
  5. Add the almonds, cranberries, and honeycomb pieces.
  6. Pour this mixture either in a silicone baking pan or in a pan lined with a plastic wrap.
  7. Let it harden in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
  8. Serve it with a little bit of whipped cream.
