Peru Burgers

  1. Celery Sauce Preparation:
  2. In a small bowl, add all the ingredients, and stir until creamy, as pictured.
  3. Burger Preparation:
  4. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients well.
  5. Shape 4 burger patties with the mixture.
  6. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in skillet, and cook the burgers for 5 minutes on each side.
  7. While the patties are cooking, toast the pita bread slightly, then cut open with a knife.
  8. Place the cooked turkey burgers in the bread, add the lettuce, and the celery sauce on top.
