Cream Cheese Brownie Pie
- 1 refrigerated pie crust
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 15 oz. pkg. brownie mix with fudge packet inside
- 1/4 c. oil
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans (optional)
- Combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and 1 egg.
- Beat until smooth, set aside.tombine brownie mix, oil, 1 Tbsp. water and 2 eggs.
- Beat for 50 strokes with a spoon.
- Spread 1/2 c. of brownie mixture on bottom of crust.
- Carefully spread cream cheese mixture over brownie layer.
- Top with remaining brownie mixture.
- Sprinkle with pecans.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 40-50 minutes, or until center is puffed and crust is golden brown.
- Warm fudge packet and 1 Tbsp. water in the microwave.
- Drizzle over top.teep in refrigerator.
