Chicken With Sun Dried Tomatoes, Spinach And Cream Sauce With Black Wild Rice Recipe

  1. Start with boiling your rice (with instructions from the packet).
  2. Slice your onions, chicken breast, garlic and sun dried tomatoes thin so they are ready for later (you can leave some sun dried tomatoes for later).
  3. Wash and cut your fresh spinach. Prepare a pan (not too small) and on medium heat leave your butter to melt inside of it and add your spinach. Season with salt and pepper and set aside. Clean you pan with a paper towel.
  4. Heat up your pan on medium/high heat and add your oil form your sun dried tomatoes and add your chicken inside the pan. Season with salt, black pepper, white pepper and dried herbs. After about 2 minutes add your sliced onions as well. Stir well. After your onions and chicken is almost ready lower your heat and add your garlic and sun dried tomatoes as well. Stir well.ndd you cup of single cream and stir around. Add your spinach as well. Taste and add seasoning if necessary.
  5. Sieve your wild rice. You can add little butter to the rice for extra taste.nnYour meal is ready.nnEnjoy.
