Prawns Fry (Kerala Cuisine)

  1. Marinate the prawns with chilly powder, coriander powder, salt , turmeric powder, garam masala and pepper and keep it aside for 30 mins.
  2. Meanwhile add oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds, add onion, ginger garlic paste to it and when it turns brown , add the green chillies and fry.
  3. Finally add the marinated prawns , salt and let it cook on a low flame for 10-12 mins
  4. Now turn off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves.
  5. Spicy and delicious prawns fry is ready to be served.
