Prawns Fry (Kerala Cuisine)
- 1 tsp chilly powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- salt as required
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- mustard seeds
- oil, 3 tsp
- 1/2 cup onion
- 6-7 green chilllies
- 500 gm prawns
- coriander leaves
- Marinate the prawns with chilly powder, coriander powder, salt , turmeric powder, garam masala and pepper and keep it aside for 30 mins.
- Meanwhile add oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds, add onion, ginger garlic paste to it and when it turns brown , add the green chillies and fry.
- Finally add the marinated prawns , salt and let it cook on a low flame for 10-12 mins
- Now turn off the flame and garnish with coriander leaves.
- Spicy and delicious prawns fry is ready to be served.
