Fried Rice With Pork

  1. Place rice and cold water in 4-quart saucepan; bring to boil. Steam 20 minutes on low heat; set aside to cool.
  2. Brown pork in slightly greased 10-inch skillet.
  3. Cover and cook for 20 to 25 minutes on low heat.
  4. Add celery, onion and bell pepper; saute 3 minutes.
  5. Add rice, ham, soy sauce, mushrooms, Accent and pepper. Cook about 5 minutes longer.
  6. Add eggs and mix.
  7. Makes 4 servings.
