Lots O' Cookies
- 2 c. oleo
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. brown sugar
- 4 c. flour, sifted
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. Wheaties, crushed
- 2 c. Mother's oats (raw)
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
- 2 c. coconut
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate bits
- In a mixer, cream oleo, sugar and brown sugar.
- Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
- Add the dry mixture to the blender gradually, mixing well.
- In a large pan, mix all the cereals, coconut, nuts, raisins and chocolate bits.
- Pour the liquid mixture into the cereal mix and use 2 large spoons to stir it all together.
- Drop by teaspoon and flatten.
- Bake on greased cookie sheets for 10 minutes at 350u0b0.
- Very healthy and good.
