Lots O' Cookies

  1. In a mixer, cream oleo, sugar and brown sugar.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
  4. Add the dry mixture to the blender gradually, mixing well.
  5. In a large pan, mix all the cereals, coconut, nuts, raisins and chocolate bits.
  6. Pour the liquid mixture into the cereal mix and use 2 large spoons to stir it all together.
  7. Drop by teaspoon and flatten.
  8. Bake on greased cookie sheets for 10 minutes at 350u0b0.
  9. Very healthy and good.
