Mocha Coffee Cake With Whipped Cream

  1. Preheat oven to 180u0b0C (approximately 350u0b0F).
  2. Combine cake mix with eggs and milk.
  3. Pour batter into two greased and floured round cake pans.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for about 35 minutes.
  5. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in the middle of cake comes out clean.
  6. Whip cream with sugar and 4 drops of apple cider vinegar until stiff peaks form.
  7. Refrigerate whipped cream.
  8. Let cakes cool completely.
  9. Remove from pan and cover each layer with whipped cream.
  10. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
