• 1 cup bread flour
• 2 tablespoons wheat germ
• 2 tablespoons powdered milk
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg Grated
• 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
• 3/4 cup mashed bananas
• 1/2 cup sour cream Or Yogurt
• 1/4 cup water
• 1 1/4 cups raisins Or Chopped Nuts
• 2 teaspoons baker's yeast Active
• 3 cups bread flour
• 3 tablespoons wheat germ
• 3 tablespoons powdered milk
• 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg grated
• 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 1 cup mashed bananas
• 3/4 cup sour cream Or Yogurt
• 1/4 cup water
• 3/4 cup raisins Or Chopped Nuts

1. 1. Add all ingredients except raisins or nuts, in order suggested by bread machine manual and process on basic bread cycle.
2. 2. At beeper or end of first kneading, add raisins or nuts.
