Honey Panna Cotta With Blackberries
- 1 cup lowfat milk
- 2 3/4 cups heavy whipping cream
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 350 grams blackberries
- 4 tablespoons jam berry, your choice
- 1 tablespoon gelatin powder plain
- Pour the gelatin into the cup of milk and microwave for 30 seconds.
- Place the warm milk, cream, honey, vanilla and sugar into a pan on medium heat. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes without stirring. Do not allow to boil.
- Meanwhile, mash the blackberries with a fork, leaving small chunks, and mix in the jam.
- Let the cream mixture cool for 2 minutes, later pour into individual ramekins or a serving dish and place into the refrigerator for 6 hours.
- Serve topped with spoonfuls of the berry mixture.
