Honey Panna Cotta With Blackberries

  1. Pour the gelatin into the cup of milk and microwave for 30 seconds.
  2. Place the warm milk, cream, honey, vanilla and sugar into a pan on medium heat. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes without stirring. Do not allow to boil.
  3. Meanwhile, mash the blackberries with a fork, leaving small chunks, and mix in the jam.
  4. Let the cream mixture cool for 2 minutes, later pour into individual ramekins or a serving dish and place into the refrigerator for 6 hours.
  5. Serve topped with spoonfuls of the berry mixture.
