The Best And Easiest Chocolate Brownie
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups Nesquik sweetened soluble cocoa
- 100 grams unsalted butter melted, room temperature
- 2 oil fingers of the cup of soft
- 2 eggs XL size
- 1 pinch salt
- walnuts a handful of minced, peeled, unsalted
- vanilla extract optional:, or essence
- Microwave the butter until melted and set aside to cool.
- Combine the eggs, sugar and cocoa in a bowl.
- Add the melted butter and stir.
- Next, pour the sifted flour plus a pinch of salt, little by little while stirring.
- Once you get an homogeneous mixture, add some minced walnuts and stir with a spoon.
- Pour the mixture in a greased mould (mine was 25x20 so I got a thin brownie, but you can use a smaller mould to obtain thicker chunks).
- Bake at 180u0b0 (preheated oven) for 25-30 minutes. Don't forget to cover the brownie with an aluminium or baking sheet and keep an eye on it, be careful not to overbake it. As soon as you can place a stick and it comes out clean (but it's still fudgy and moist), take the brownie out from the oven and cut into pieces to serve.
- Enjoy before it gets cool (and gone!).
