The Best And Easiest Chocolate Brownie

  1. Microwave the butter until melted and set aside to cool.
  2. Combine the eggs, sugar and cocoa in a bowl.
  3. Add the melted butter and stir.
  4. Next, pour the sifted flour plus a pinch of salt, little by little while stirring.
  5. Once you get an homogeneous mixture, add some minced walnuts and stir with a spoon.
  6. Pour the mixture in a greased mould (mine was 25x20 so I got a thin brownie, but you can use a smaller mould to obtain thicker chunks).
  7. Bake at 180u0b0 (preheated oven) for 25-30 minutes. Don't forget to cover the brownie with an aluminium or baking sheet and keep an eye on it, be careful not to overbake it. As soon as you can place a stick and it comes out clean (but it's still fudgy and moist), take the brownie out from the oven and cut into pieces to serve.
  8. Enjoy before it gets cool (and gone!).
