Pasta Shell Salad With Sardine Fillets

  1. Boil some water seasoned with salt , and cook the pasta for 14 minutes.
  2. Cook the eggs for 6 minutes, remove from pan, and immediately place them in cold water to stop the cooking.
  3. Wash the lettuce, and place on the bottom of the serving platter.
  4. Drain the pasta after it's cooked, and let cool while you prepare the yogurt sauce.
  5. In a bowl, add the yogurt, garlic, and finely chopped herbs with the remaining ingredients, and stir.
  6. Pour the mixture over the lettuce, add the sardine fillets, red onion cut into half moons, cheese, eggs cut in fourths, and cover with the yogurt sauce.
