Pasta Shell Salad With Sardine Fillets
- 5 1/4 ounces pasta shells whole
- 2 eggs
- lettuce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 natural yogurt
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 sprig parsley
- 1 bunch chives
- salt flower
- lemon juice to taste
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 can sardine fillets in olive oil
- 1/2 red onion
- 7/8 cup cheese in cubes
- Boil some water seasoned with salt , and cook the pasta for 14 minutes.
- Cook the eggs for 6 minutes, remove from pan, and immediately place them in cold water to stop the cooking.
- Wash the lettuce, and place on the bottom of the serving platter.
- Drain the pasta after it's cooked, and let cool while you prepare the yogurt sauce.
- In a bowl, add the yogurt, garlic, and finely chopped herbs with the remaining ingredients, and stir.
- Pour the mixture over the lettuce, add the sardine fillets, red onion cut into half moons, cheese, eggs cut in fourths, and cover with the yogurt sauce.
