Chicken/Turkey Breast Stuffed Witch Cheese, Basil And Chorizo Wrapped In Parma Ham Recipe

  1. Start with cutting your chorizo into small pieces and mixing in together in a bowl with your soft cheese, black pepper, white pepper and fresh basil. Blend it all well together.nnHeat up your oven for 200 Celsius.
  2. Now take your poultry meat. It is easier if you choose turkey slices than chicken breast but both is perfectly fine. Cower your slices with cling film and with a meat hammer flatten your slices even more. It will also make them larger. Now sprinkle some salt over them, black and white pepper and cover them in a thin layer of oil to prevent the meat be dry. now fill it with the stuffing you prepared earlier and carefully wrap the meat around. Take your time with this so your filling does not spill out too much and that all holds well together. nrap it in cling film and roll the two ends of the cling film tight up to make your nrap hold even better together.
  3. Now peel you potatoes and cut the in equally large pieces. Wash the from excess starch and put them in a larger pot with cold water and season with sea salt, pepper and add a bit of butter. Boil them on high heat for about 35 minutes until they are soft all the way to the middle. When they are ready mash them with your potato masher and add warm milk, butter and extra sea salt and white pepper if needed. nnPrepare a large pan and on medium heat and brown your wrap from all sides around (you have to take of the plastic wrap before) until you get a nice crispy colour you will like. Do not was your pan.
  4. Put your wrap/s in your oven dish and cover it wit a foil so it does not burn anymore. Add a little bit of water and also some butter to have a bit of a sauce to pour over your meal. nake your wrap for about 35 minutes and check the heat (it should be 74 Celsius) of it so it is cooked all way in. nnIn the pan you had your wrap now brown your onions together with sea salt and oil. If the pan is a bit burnt wipe it off with a kitchen napkin. One medium heat your onions should be ready in 5 minutes. nnServe all your items together. nnEnjoy.
