Amazing Garlic Shrimp Recipe With Rice Noodles (Gluten And Lactose Free)
- 2/3 pound rice noodles
- 1 pound shrimps
- cayenne pepper
- dried parsley or Fresh
- 2 cloves garlic finely hopped or pressed
- sea salt
- dried chilli optional - it will be hot
- 1 lemon juice
- white pepper
- black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- A fast and delicious lunch or dinner you can have ready in no time. I advice you to pre-marinate your prawns for extra flavour but you can do so an hour ahead or in the morning. A very nice dish what will bring you with your mind straight to vacation seaside mode. You can enjoy it with a glass of white wine and a nice salad.
- When it is time to prepare the food start first with your noodles. Boil them to all dente in salted water (cca 3-4 minutes).neanwhile add your butter in a large pan on high/medium heat and fry quickly your prawns when the butter have melted. You do not want to overcook your prawns (1 minute with ready cooked prawns and 4 minutes for raw prawns).
