Sticky Rice Wrapped In Lotus Leaf

  1. soak sticky rice in water for 6 hours
  2. soak dried mushrooms in water for 1 hour
  3. cut the sausages on the bias
  4. remove skin and bones of chicken legs
  5. cut chicken in pieces and add 2 tsp light soy sauce, 1tsp dark soy sauce, 2tsp sesame oil, 2tsp cooking wine and half tsp salt in chicken and marinate
  6. slice mushrooms
  7. Cut the lotus leaf in half and use hot water to clean the leaf
  8. lay the lotus leaf in steamer, add sticky rice, sausages, chicken, mushrooms and goji berries on the leaf and wrap it
  9. steam for one hour
