Oh My Reese'S Cupcakes

  1. For the Cupcakes: Preheat oven to 35ou0b0 F and line muffin tins with liners
  2. Sift flour with baking powder and salt into a bowl
  3. In another bowl cream butter and sugar
  4. Beat in egg yolks
  5. Add vanilla
  6. Add the yogurt (in 2 parts) and flour (in 3 parts) to the butter/sugar mixture making sure you begin and end with flour
  7. In another bowl beat the egg whites till stiff
  8. Gently fold into batter
  9. Fill liners 2/3 full
  10. Bake for 20 minutes
  11. Cool on rack
  12. With cooled Cupcakes: Scoop out the middle of the cupcake and keep the piece for reuse
  13. Spoon in some of the spread into each of the cupcakes
  14. Top the the chocolate spread with the piece of cupcake
  15. For the Frosting: Cream the butter and icing sugar (adding some salt to cut the sweetness), thinning with milk or cream to reach desired consistency
  16. Place a dollop of Reese spread in the middle (top) of each cupcake
  17. Pipe frosting around chocolate
  18. ENJOY!!
