Pasta Bon
- 1 1/8 pounds pasta for spaghetti
- 1 zucchini
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 broccoli
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cream
- 11/16 tablespoon butter
- garlic salt
- pepper
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- chicken broth
- Boil 2 litters of water in a pot
- When it starts to boil add the 500 grams of pasta in halfs
- Add 1 tsp of olive oil to the water, it will prevent the pasta to get stuck together
- Add Half of a tsp of salt
- Add 1 tsp of chicken broth
- Let cook until soft
- For the cream:
- mix the sour cream with the cream in a bowl
- Boil the vegetables until soft
- Finely chop half of the zucchini, half of the carrot and 1/4 of the broccoli
- Mix everything
- Add 1 tsp of garlic salt
- Add 10 grams of butter
- Add 1 tsp of olive oil
- And mix everything again
- Chop the other halves of the veggetables in cubes
- Lightly fry the vegetables with a pinch of salt and a little of olive oil and put them apart in a plate
- Strain the spaghetti
- Add the cream with the chopped vegetables and mix
- When everything is mixed add the fried veggetables
- Serve
