Garden Fresh Stir-Fried Vegetables
- 1 pound broccoli florets fresh
- 1/4 cup Crisco Pure Canola Oil
- 1 medium zucchini cut into julienne strips
- 1 red bell pepper medium, cut into julienne strips
- 1 small onion halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper dried
- 1 cup baby bella mushrooms sliced fresh
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- HEAT oil in large skillet. Add broccoli, zucchini, red pepper strips, onion, salt and red pepper flakes. Stir-fry over medium-high heat about 5 minutes, or until broccoli is tender-crisp.
- ADD mushrooms. Stir-fry 1 minute or until mushrooms are tender. Stir in soy sauce and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
