Chicken Spaghetti Bolognaise

  1. 1. Cook the spaghetti in lightly salted water.
  2. 2. Add boiling water to the Soya powder till consistency of porridge-allow to stand
  3. for 5 minutes
  4. 3. Put stock, chicken and garlic into large pan and add Soya mix.
  5. Cook for aprox. 5 mins till chicken is no longer pink
  6. 4. Add the tomatoes with the juice, parsley, pepper and sugar and bring to the boil
  7. for 5 mins.
  8. 5. Add the peas and cook till just heated through .
  9. 6. Toss the sauce with the hot pasta, sprinkle lightly with the cheese.
  10. Serve immediately with a green salad .
