Apple Brownies

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Peel the apples and chop them into small pieces.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, mix the liquid ingredients (melted margarine and eggs).
  4. In a separate mixing bowl, mix together the dry ingredients (sugar, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon).
  5. Add the dry mixed ingredients to the liquid ingredients. Mix together.
  6. Add the chopped apples to the mixture. It's helpful to add a little at a time and stir. It will seem like you have way too many apples, until they are all actually blended in.
  7. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 pyrex pan.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
