Italian Turkey Casserole

  1. Starting with a cold nonstick frying pan, brown turkey meat slowly or brown in a microwave oven. Drain off any fat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic.
  3. Saute in 1 teaspoon liquid Butter Buds. Add turkey meat back to skillet and cook about 1 or 2 more minutes. Stir in spices and tomato sauce and heat until thick and bubbling.
