Corvina (Sea Bass) In The Pan
- 5 potatoes small/average
- 1 onion large
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 red pepper
- 1/2 green pepper
- 3 slices corvina
- 7/8 cup white wine
- salt to taste
- paprika powder
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- olive oil
- 2 bay leaves
- In a large pan, place the onion (peeled and sliced in half moons).
- On top, place the chopped garlic cloves.
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices, place in the pan.
- Prepare the peppers, removing the seeds, and then cut them into thin strips. Place over the potatoes.
- On top of everything, place the fish fillets.
- Season with salt, paprika, tomato paste and bay leaves.
- Finally, sprinkle with white wine and olive oil (generously).
- Cook over medium heat, covered, for about 25 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked through. Do not stir during cooking.
- Serve warm.
